Cleanliness is overrated. Sure, it's great for surgery and if you actually have a wound, but your immune system needs pathogens to train on, or it does silly things like attacking your body, or reacting to pollens.

This is only to make getting a fix faster - A-GPS downloads the almanac data via the internet (fast, but needs internet) instead of directly from the GPS satellites (slow but works everywhere). It doesn't make it any more accurate.

By far the biggest source of carbon emissions is coal. The others make an impact too, but if we're not addressing coal, there's almost no point addressing the others.

Oil is a small proportion of carbon emissions. Coal is where it's at, and Iran has very little to do with that.

Decaf still has caffeine; about 30% of the original from the bean iirc. Tea, as well as caffeine, has other compounds that are calming. And yes, there are plenty of other compounds in coffee, as well as purely psychological effects.

The screens tend to be commodity items (look on AliExpress), as do batteries and sd cards, so the are a lot more repairable than most modern electronics
