   Meta is so cooked, I think most enterprises will opt for OpenAI or Anthropic and others will host OSS models themselves or on AWS/infra providers.

   you should use multimodal AI to filter out apartments that are below minimum living standards(fake 1 beds, heinous layouts, apartments with 0 light etc) which there are a lot of. I think prices would be more accurate that way.

   The biggest issue with AI isn't AI itself, but the fact that it seemingly "saved" an overinflated economy. Economy needs a deep reset with high rates for longer and the AI narrative is just kicking the can down the road

    I feel like tool calling killed RAG, however you have less control over how the retrieved data is injected in the context.

    I think AI greatly reduces the starting costs for mundane tasks/boilerplate, for a reduction in velocity in implementation. So possibly an illusion that programmers feel more productive. It could be that RPE(Rate of perceived exertion)

    I never knew anyone who used Windsurf. These AI acquisitions have been unbelievable(in a bad way). WIX acquired some garbage Lovable.dev clone for 80 million. I think many of us are waiting for this bubble to pop(economy will likely pop too

    Any serious company has a brand/design system which Lovable can't leverage well, thus needs designers to use in Figma. Either way, my point is the customer LTV will be super low for use cases like this.
