   Alternatively one could boycott the entertainment companies lobbying for the bill. Which really is not much of a sacrifice.

   In other words, prices of goods (in bitcoins) will (eventually) stop deflating, even though there is a fixed quantity of bitcoins, because other cryptocurrencies will be introduced.

   Perhaps public services (including the legal system) could be funded by donations instead of tax money.
