Awesome! Really liked the animations!! The charged stuff confused me a bit. I played on mobile so the popup is different from the desktop one, maybe a testing area. Perhaps consider having the HP as HP bars, as other games do! Well done

My takeaway is that csv has some undefined behaviours, and it takes up space. I like that everyone knows about .csv files, and it's also completely human readable. So for <100mb I would still use csv.

I also don't understand why a parking meter needs an app, it should have a QR code>web>stripe payment (or a text to pay), rather than 2 buggy apps on iPhone and Android, which require data to download
