I know people don't like his politics, but the bigger issue to me is that 37signals removes manager titles from the low level people but not the high level people, yet they get the same work and duties. It's insulting.

Why do they need a Manager Playbook when they don't have Managers? Oh wait looking at their org chart they do have managers. But only the special high level ones have real titles. The lowly ones get the work with out the title.

I do agree, and generally that's what I do. Because then I actually learn instead of fire and forget. In that example specifically, it was a bit of "let me see how this works and how good it is" too.

It doesn't matter. The perception is all datacenters do AI (not necessarily wrong nowadays either) and that's all that matters to the public when they see so many lost jobs and high computer / phone prices.
