I like the second better because the capitalization makes it easier to read. "HELP BUBBLE CAN SAVE THE DAY" vs. "Help Bubble can save the day" I didn't realize your product was called Help Bubble when I read the text on the first website an

Design patents are totally different than regular patents though. I have never heard of anyone getting sued because of a design patent.

You can't really patent an interface. An interface can be part of a patent, but not a patent by itself.
