Unfortunately, I can't connect to my NixOS machines as their sshd is hardened to only support ETM MAC by default, which Echo doesn't support (as per their troubleshooting doc). Any idea when other MACs would be supported?

Did you use plan mode? Could it be that it used its original plan file (stored somewhere in ~/.claude) instead of your modified markdown? That’s unfortunately why I don’t use plan mode anymore. I wish I could just turn their plan files
