From what I have seen (please correct me). Most orgs generally do: SE, Senior SE, Staff, Sr Staff... OR SE, Senior SE, Principal, Sr. Principal... I have not seen many orgs have staff and principal. Architect is not that common.

Onewheel XR. Thought they were dumb when I first saw them. But they are super fun and anytime I can go out and ride it makes me smile. I have ridden 300 miles already. In snow, dirt, sand and streets.
