Orpheus will rate appropriate XLD and whipper logs as 100% fwiw Also I could be wrong, but don't most trackers still accept rips that they consider inferior, but then they could be trumped by someone else that made an EAC rip?

I'm pretty sure ByteDance does license music. I don't know if they license all of it, but I'm pretty sure the RIAA or ASCAP could easily get an injunction if they didn't license any music that was theirs.

By RDF did you mean RDF/XML specifically? JSON-LD is still RDF, it's just serialized differently, which is fine, I like RDF, but OP may have more specific concerns than the syntax.
