Fitness - I go to the gym 3-4 times a week. I spent 1-2 hours there. I am doing weight lifting. I also run some days. It's a discipline I am trying to maintain. Diet - I do a fast on Mondays and don't eat anything heavy after 6 pm

So in our app, we need to post process .webm and .opus files to create a single mp4 video file. I think this can be done with " AWS Elemental MediaConvert" Then we need to stream the .mp4 files from Amazon S3 to user's browse
