Fair point. What the author does mention is that if you have to do a lot of work getting proper results out of AI (and potentially contend with hallucinations), you may as well do the actual work yourself and be more confident about the end

Also, none of this stuff should ever be used in production code, only during development (at least IMHO). So even if some things were browser specific, it shouldn't hurt anyone but yourself if you run into incompatibilities while using
