I would say k8s is a piece of software that enable teams to stay small. While the internals are insanely complex the developer experience is not that hard to learn.

Default python3 version is now 3.7. Upgraded and found python performance improvement over py3.6 to be quite significant.

If I'm not incorrectly informed AWS is using a modified HAProxy. HAProxy does not support HTTP/2 yet so yeah, it will probably take some time.
