Honestly, I feel most of the blame falls to NPM for allowing publishers to delete packages. This doesn't happen in other ecosystems (e.g. Java).

The downside is that Okta pricing ( https://www.okta.com/pricing/ ) appears to be per User, instead of usage based (per API call) the way Stormpath is. This will make a migration much tougher. Auth0 appears to have bet
