I have a 2016 MPB had the same issue with the external monitor when I was using a 3rd party dongle (which was half the price of Apple's dongles). I have now bought Apple's dongle and no issues with the monitor.

Most likely earlier share holders sold their stakes, so not much dilution. Perhaps founders took money off the table too. In these cases, there is not much dilution because new shares are not issued (but not much capitalization either).

YES! for the first 2 questions. My go to question is reverse an array (without using any library functions). Instead of asking a quirky question, it is better to have them solve a simple problem and judge on logic and structure.
