My bar is the Kilian Jornet test. Once a humanoid robot can do everything he’s done within the same time constraints it’s officially over. Until then human is the best at navigating and moving across various terrain.

Magnesium Glycinate worked well for me, take it an hour before bed or so. L-Threonate is too expensive, citrate gave me diarrhea. Much more deep sleep with Glycinate, some folks don’t like it because they feel too groggy after waking.

Some people are naturally talented at things. It’s no different than an average athlete who works extremely hard and an elite athlete who puts in half the work but still outperforms the average.

I take 10g a day, have for a couple years now. Started mostly because of training but it does wonders in sleep deprived states. 5g would probably be fine without a lot of training ( I train about 10hrs a week). Seems like I need 10g to both

Your body stores roughly 2000 calories in glycogen. They are burning calories but nowhere near the amount a middle pack would be at this pace. So ~2800 calories of carbs with some fat being burned.

I can’t imagine any other group who would be as calm as NASA astronauts. Maybe SEALs or other special forces. It looks like there are a few astronauts that were SEALs, one returned December 9th from the ISS. https://en.wikipedia.

I work/program on CalTrain but that’s pretty common. NYC subway or BART seems a bit more challenging. It’s overall time much better spent than being stuck in a car.
