Only if it’s reviewed for cost of living adjustments each year IMHO. In Texas, DFW used to be cheap. It’s on par with Austin now.

I haven't had good experiences with Shipt. 1. It wasn't available in my city initially. I'm still not sure if it is. I checked fairly frequently and was never notified. That was at least a year and a half ago. 2. Applied for

Yes to remote. I was at SXSW. All the startups I talked to bemoaned their hiring problem, yet none of them wanted to even consider remote workers. Sorry, I'm not sympathetic to that.

I have worked a few weekends in a row for a few hours. I opted to not work one weekend and my PM went to my manager to raise concern about getting deliverables out in time for a client.
