Not jumping for free throws isn't just a tradition. Jump shots sacrifice accuracy to make it more difficult for defensive players to block your shot. There's no risk of your shot being blocked for a free throw so players don't jump.

Google doesn't even handle calls/customer support for paying users. Google Adwords/Adsense support is completely automated and also completely useless.

To me the CTR seems reasonable, if anything I would guess that 0.14% is a low estimate. The conversion rate on the other hand is sky high. Even for a free software product expecting a 7% conversion rate on fairly untargeted traffic is unrea
