Try Garmin Instinct? It's a digital watch (not analog) and more of a fitness tracker than a smart watch. You can disable any notifications you don't want.

Exactly my problem. With what you've described, I think Astro + some headless CMS would be the way to go here. I say Astro because having JS is a nice thing and it will let you do things that would require more effort with Jekyll/

We just got done doing the exact same thing i.e. Neo4j to MySQL a few weeks ago. The whole process took around 5 months.
