I do the same thing for the last several years and the only email that was spammed is the mailbox used for Digital Ocean. Seems like they had some leak (or may be sold that data, not sure), but I received spam emails with some sketchy links

$530?! That's insane. As developer of "one-man company" I set $20/hour for consultations. IMO, such things should have honest price. To be honest, I never seen $530 or simiplar price for such things.
