I really despise the EPA. They have moved beyond their original charter of protecting the environment to protecting the property of some rich people at the expense of others--including poor people. I bet there's places in Massachusse

Welcome to the eastern seaboard. Where I grew up, they use jettys--actually groins--to try and stop the sand from naturally migrating south so the army corps of engineering has to come out every few years and dredge.
