Plan9 has multiple native web browsers, Mothra, Abaco & Charon. You could run Opera in Linux emulation mode and also use VNC to another machine. Did you see the part where I was a website devops for 10 years using Plan9?

It's not Plan9's improvement. It was never designed that way. It's a stand alone product. It has nowhere near the richness of Plan9. Source: I worked as an Inferno developer.
