The language in that description refers to "protected groups". As long as the author is not calculating selection rates for groups of candidates based on some special criteria, such as race, gender, age, etc. he should be ok, righ

I ended up implementing it this way. Nice idea. Just FYI there's a typo on line two (display; block should be display: block). Got stuck on that for about 5 minutes. That's what I get for copy pasting :)
