I don't get a page for something that is not under my control, that is an organisational problem if you get that. But how is it relevant here? In my example, I will get a page for large replication lag. But not for an unplanned failove

No, but there might still be basis for a lawsuit. For example, if a worker can prove that they need to be remote due to a medical condition, that might make this discrimination on that medical condition.

Fascinating. I speak Bengali and found a bunch of "English names that may also be Bengali words" are not Bengali words. Some of those are Bengali words, but not very flattering.
