All of these are standard terms. Establishing a (standard sized) ESOP is good for the company long term. If you would like better/different terms, you'll need at least one other firm to offer you a term sheet as leverage.

I built something similar to this last year and wow this is just much... better I find the choice of Flask + Zappa a little weird - I much prefer serverless.com for infra as code - but it makes sense after staring at it long enough
