thingino works pretty well (why? it's linux!) I should know, I help make it! Combine thingino, friagte and go2rtc, with home assistant, and you can have a sweet setup with recording, and low latency playback. The family loves it.

This occurs on almost every dye sublimation printer that uses those disposable cartridges. I recall seeing this on a Sony printer from the mid 90s. It's not specific to canon.

Why not run it over something like Telegram? The Bot API works well for such use cases.
