   Can someone please tell me why are they calling it a coup? isn't impeachment in the constitution and hasn't the Supreme Court allowed those proceedings to continue.

   it's pretty much google and every other search engine model. I believe competition it's the only thing that can make it not shady.

   As SixSigma said, it makes more sense to use it as a benchmarking tool than trying to compete in a low margin market.
