Yep, just tested this and disabling suspend works. I'm on KDE btw, disabled it via the GUI.

Like the other person, I too have a Z13 and don't have any suspend/resume issues on Nobara (a Fedora spin). I can't speak about fan control though, haven't tried messing around with it but the fan seems to work just fine
