No they were fined because they broke the rules. If they don't agree with the rules they need to get them changed first. They just pretended they didn't exists in hope that they rules was going to be changed

Swedish landlines seems to not work. I manage to lookup my old mobile phone number and it say Sweden correctly. But if I input +4686736000 I get 404 back.

Why not just sync the tracks to your phone? Spotify allows you to sync 3333 tracks per device.

Spotify don't pull albums. Record labels does. The way I solve it is to not listen to them if the record label pull the music. If they don't want my money I'm not going to give them any.

According to the footnote he tested with pypy 1.9. There was just a post here a day or two ago that pypy 2.3.1 was release. Seems like one should at least use the latest version when testing. Pypy 1.9 was release 2 years ago.
