I know this is going to sound pedantic, however, optimizing by 99% would make them 1% less efficient? Right? Or am I muddled?

I might be wrong here as I'm relatively new to vim and haven't used VS, but I'm pretty sure omnicompletion is the equivalent of intellisense in vim, http://vnfiles.ign.com/ects/css-tricks/VideoCast-101.mov

Try cycling, I find I think better on hills vs. the flat. They usually have more interested scenery and hence what I see usually triggers something in my mind; one of the reasons I like trail running.
