How about measuring the prison instead, reform more crooks, the guards get a pay bonus. However, knowing how incentive schemes are normally gamed, they will probably resort to lobotomising the inmates.

Yes, Airbnb can do what they want with their property, namely their website and business. If you don't like it then they even outline what you can do in the linked article. This knife cuts both ways.

Relying entirely on client-side validation isn't a great idea. Also your site doesn't seem to be in production mode, can still see the stack traces on exceptions.
