1. Most roofs aren't flat. 2. For pitched roofs, you're only going to want to install on the south or west facing sides. So only some percentage of your roof area is ideal.

Some people don't like whiteboarding or timed pair programming because it's not close to a real-work environment. Some people don't like take-homes that replicate scenarios/projects because they think it's too close

Agreed. React Context wonderfully handles state that will only ever live locally/"on the client". I don't mind Redux for local state management, but it's a little overkill if you aren't using it already to hand

Carta's policy is that your PTE period is the length of your tenure. So those employees with > 3 years have > 3 years to exercise.
