Nix is hard to get into. The lang is weird, and I'm a functional programmer. It's not very well documented. Flakes just don't seem to be documented at all? But are used everywhere?

Being able to get hired at a company is often unrelated to being able to generate viable products. If you want to get hired don't focus on skills to build useful things. Focus on psychology and charisma.
