   I mostly agree with you but not for big tech. You see, in startups this is a very fair criticism - you get super low salary and barely any stock in comparison with the founders, so working as "owners" often might not make sense. I

   Also, Russian rock bands are really good if you know the language. The words are deep and emotional and far from banal standards.
