Latency is a much larger problem.

But do you really think Google can't correlate between IP address, browser signature and your account?

That's exactly how it works in C# (.NET in general), and I would take a fairly large bet that's exactly the same in Java. It seems like a regression (when thinking on terms of lower level --> higher level language movement).

Evbn, you seem to be hellbanned, and your comment history makes things look (to me!) that its probably unjustified or a mistake. Email pg!

Editing html in vs2012 beta(?) was quite laggy, with > 4 second delays between keypress and screen update.

You get proper email support if you are paying for gapps for domains. I don't know if that's what you mean by paying for gmail.

Its automatic. If it can't get the source, it will use its built in decompiler, and produce surprisingly readable source anyway (I force it to this mode by default, due to a flaky internet connection).

Can you explain what your problem is? Azure will automatically restart instances that are dead afaik (unless you are saying that the automatic restarting was broken as well?).

Weird, we have a couple of respectable (80+ requests per second) services running on azure in the SE asia zone, and I can't see any problems at all. That said, we only rely on table storage and our instance count is mostly static.

My guess would be the sheer volume of commits would be unmanageable unless the process was somehow automated

You can go look it up on wikipeadia; but in summary, the battery relies on a chemical reaction to produce electricity. After a certain discharge point, the chemical reaction is irreversibly changed, and can no longer be recharged.

Take a look at game prices and its much the same thing: ~$50USD for USA, ~$100USD for Australia. This is even common for digital download games (steam etc).

There was a patent issue; this delayed the release slightly whilst it was removed.

Work proxy killed the page, with "Block Access\Standard Users\Blocked URLs\Block - Harmful & Stealth". The thing is an overly sensitive, badly configured setup; but still troublesome?

I'd like to see some references or research to back up your comment. As it stands, I down-voted you, as I don't think you are adding valuable content: I would happily reverse my down-vote if you can produce even a small amount of evidence f

Internode in Australia defaults to IPV6 for Google. Your isp may do the same?

I would say most,in both cases (at least in Australia). My experiences have never bought me across non-functional versions of either.

I wonder if a possible defense would be to intentionally trigger some political response via some patent trolling of your own.

I'm ignoring the argument here, but I don't think any modern(ish) car actually has any blind spots if you set up your mirrors correctly.

No, but I think you can put forward that if the transfer speed is reduced in direct response to your usage, that the "unlimited" portion of the advertising clearly no-longer applies.

They seem to have cottoned on to this: if enter a price of less than a dollar, you need to fill out a re-captcha. Orders under $1 must authenticate with reCAPTCHA to help cut down on costly abuse.

Why not link to the project page: http://tamejs.org/ Edit: This is a dupe of http://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=2776938 , which does link to the project page.
