You probably need the right tool for the job. I'd argue that react, Vue, and company are only best for true web _applications_, that is highly stateful projects that are more akin to standard desktop apps than web pages, ex: google doc

In the details tab when you click on a particular entry, you can modify that entries productivity category, more so there is a checkbox to send that info to the developers. I believe this is the functionality you are looking for.
