Very similar situation here. Months of agentic coding and seem to find problems in almost every test. And every model seems to find different failures. It’s a major issue if you don’t know what’s worth fixing and what isn’t.

Cool idea. I’m curious how that pricing structure is working for you - one person paying monthly for unlimited members in a group? I could see an HOA taking that on for a neighborhood though, and a place where this would be very useful.

So prompts are really just suggestions… Context pressure, injection or slight different reasoning path and the "policy" seems to go out the window. Enjoyed the video as well.

I agree. It does appear that some are learning and evolving through experience, but I think foundational programming is a factor. Even if it is mirroring as I’ve seen some call it, that is something because children learn through mirroring.
