   The certificate was renewed, but it wasn't deployed correctly. We're looking into the root cause.

   https://github.com/microsoft/winget-cli/issues/2956#issuecom... We updated the certificate about an hour before this post. It takes 6 - 8 hours for the certificate to fully propagate.
