Some of these machines (at least in europe) are actually required by law to average out to a certain return percentage over a set number of bets. This means they need to compensate for naturally accuring bad streaks. (And good...)

Word of advice: don't take vitamins ADEK without advice from a physician for extended periods or in high doses. These are fat soluble so you can have too much of them.

I use this approach as well, but I also have a filter in my mailbox that sends those mails to a folder 'notes to self', to avoid excessive notifications and inbox clutter.

I think what frozenport means with 'paying attention' is paying attention when not in an active and participating role and more in a passive, listening role. Where it's much harder to stay focused. But like frozenport said it

Try splitting up the larger task in smaller parts and use a todo list/task backlog to check of the smaller parts. Looking at the list of tasks also makes it easier to get into the mindset you were in when solving the issue.

Depends, if you want to make your own idea in to a game start simple. Implement 1 core mechanic, you can't care about UI, Multiplayer, performance, or anything like that. Make a proof of concept, make it as simple as you can. Iterate.

Yeah, I was a little too quick in writing that. What I meant to write was that 1. passwords are stored locally and 2. you have the option to generate passwords with predefined complexity parameters. It would be possible to use this password

1Password doesn't store your passwords, it generates them on the fly. You would need to hand over your encrypted password storage and your passphrase. Both of which 1Password has no control over.
