I know many such cases as well. Unfortunately it's hard to prove discrimination and the laws are not in favor of the employee in most states. So apart from a news coverage like this article, I doubt much comes out of these lawsuits. Se

Completely misunderstood the product. Its a mistake to compare the Surface pro with iPad. The right device to compare with is the MacBook air. both of them have the same capability and are in the same class. Expected better from you Anand

It was more fun when it was in the middle of the room with the kids playing either setback joyride or fruit ninja. Its stable on stand but only as much fun as any other desktop. (not much for the kids)

We have the Sony and its a blast with the kids. Got it just in time for the holidays and with 4 kids playing on it together was fun. The apps were limited on win8 though. With android apps, I can imagine it will be even more fun!

Besides developing office on Linux means commiting resources to support that platform. In this case its a website and Google actually spent resources to break a site that was working previously.
