In the article, she is quoted as saying that winnings from poker can be taxed at 60%. But I Googled it and the first few sites that I clicked on say more like 25%. What am I missing?

Having someone else around to call an ambulance for you when you're having a heart attack can have a large effect on the outcome. Having someone else around to nag you into going to the doctor when you otherwise might not go, etc.
