I love that TwitchTV is following in the footsteps of Youtube. Giving streamers a partnership option is brilliant ( http://www.twitch.tv/partner/signup ). It's simple, not a lot of strings unlike the JTV Producers Program.

No Hanibash, you're missing the main point... If FB and their partners want users to share, why not approach the users and ask for permission first? What's the harm? The user will either accept the term or decline it. What we have here is

Yes but their copyrights are shrinking by the day. Most of the good programs have already been taken off Hulu because Networks like Fox, CBS, HBO have realized they can stream the content themselves. What do they need Hulu for?

I have to agree with Slater. Having only FB log-in might have it's advantage to limited content (why limit yourself?). And to some degree it's better not to use FB login at all when you start out (again I'm not sure what your site does). B
