Seems to be more about data gathering than rules for the accommodation itself. More centralisation of data is always something I look out for as concerning. In this case, I'm unsure if it's a problem - could indeed be a benefit.

If true, seems to me many would not accept. Although perhaps they would get a pay rise + some may value a job if they see a recession impending. Overall, seems very odd, and if true very bad management.
