I get loads of them when I'm on a Netsweeper filtered network... pretty much any time any asset a page loads is from a blocked site (social media pixels normally).

I'd hazard a guess that it's based on what the LLM can "design" without actually being able to see it or have taste and it still reliably look fine to humans.

I doubt the cert issue is on your end, it appears whenever OpenDNS (Cisco Umbrella) tries to intercept any site when it blocks it.

Someone more experienced that me could probably comment on this more, but theoretically is it possible for Electron production builds to become more efficient by having a much longer build process and stripping out all the unnecessary parts

You aren't wrong, but if you use Cloudflare Pages with a static site the only job you have to do for a static site is make sure your Cloudflare account is secure with 2fa etc. Cloudflare will handle the security of everything else. If

I don't think this is correct, Jamf has a "Clear Passcode" option that I have used with success, although it does require the device to have an internet connection. This will unlock the device.
