Agreed. Apple does this all the time when presenting new products. Of course it's the best/lightest/fastest version of the product. Why would they release a new version that is worse than the previous?

Does anyone know why Chrome uses   (non-breaking-space) before and after inline tags such as anchor and italics? This behavior causes lines to sometime break much sooner than needed.

I hope someone will step up and create a canvas-based html editor to embed in web-pages. The current solution using contentEditable has lots of cross-browser and cross-platform issues. I'd back that.

Nice app! I'm not a designer, but I think some of the buttons look disabled. In particular, the "Mark group as read" has gray text on gray background with very little contrast.

I like Workflowy. However, I'm used to jumping between words using ctrl+arrow keys. When I do that in Workflowy, I'm taken a level up or down. It's very hard to get used to.

The author doesn't mention what I think is a factor: a good name. I think its a portemanteau of instant and telegram. The word "telegram" has a old school charm. At the same time it conveys the purpose of the app.

Number 2: I don't think high-end restaurants want to show images of their dishes. For some reason it does not seem classy. Perhaps that's not an issue for the low/medium range.
