Actually 3 by India. 1- was an orbiter: Success 2- Orbiter+ lander&rover: Partial success, orbiter succeed but lander crashed. 3- Lander&rover: Succesful.

Ipv6 was long ago became the internet standard and India being home to 1.6 billion people it should be based on Ipv6.
