   "But you'll still get 2/3.". No you don't, you get a 1/2. If you consider only those cases where Monty reveals a goat (and discard those where he reveals the car) then 50% of the time you've already picked

   Well except that you don't actually get to pick two doors. it wouldn't be much of a problem if it was posed as "You can pick 1 door or 2 doors, what do you want to do?" Since you only get to pick one door then Monty open
