From employee perspective I have been mostly happy with these services. There has been some minor issues and extra hazzle, but nothing major, and the 2-3x salary compared to local levels certainly helps offset any small issues Employer want

My guess is that the training data includes things specifically about the GPT itself and its capabilities, so it would be somewhat correct. But it's also known to just make shit up when it feels like it, so you can't 100% trust it

Some countries have an option to do part of the learning in simulator, for example in Finland. But the simulators absolutely suck and in no way represent real driving. The feel is just not the same

Fly.io would be great, but they don't have an UI, only CLI and their CLI doesn't work on Windows although they say it does
