It should be symmetrically facile to do both behaviors, assuming there's not an invisible thumb on the scale that wants to procedurally force you to make the choice most in the company's interest. But its not. It is more effortful

The user expects it to turn off bluetooth or turn off wifi, the backwards way is saying the user presses the toggle and the disclaimer sets not only their expectation but in what I think you're saying, the "reasonable" or log

Notice the bluetooth toggle only says it disconnects bluetooth devices until tomorrow. It doesnt turn off bluetooth because there is a profit incentive to keep all devices meshing for use in FindMy and AirTags and all that. Same with WiFi.

Try emailing the dev sometime. You wouldnt believe how many times I was able to nudge app app devs with small tweaks or feature requests (even some rather substantial ones) that showed up in the next few updates that maxe up for the trouble

Had to do this recently and buy a wireless HDMI adapter to stream to my own tv. The alternatives all need internet and its just not necessary or reliable and there has to be a reason they all want internet when its technically unnecessary
