It has 8gb ram because the A18 pro chip has that baked in. They won't spend money on redesigning. If next iteration has A19 pro chip in it - it will have 12gb.

The 8 GB and lack of expandability are due to the design of the Neo chip. This is a pre-built A18 Pro chip with 8 GB of RAM built in. I imagine the next version will have the A19 Pro chip - which has 12 GB of RAM.

I cant stand it connecting app instances into 1 group. If i have 2 excel files open on Desktop 1, and then i try opening 3rd on Desktop2 -> it will jump back to Desktop 1 and open it there.

I agree. It seems they don't produce as many titles as other streaming platforms, but what comes out is rather good.

Install "Claude for Excel" addon directly in the Excel itself. Works well.
