This comment is too bleak. If they refinanced in 2020 then they likely bought in 2019 or earlier. If prices fell to 2019 levels it would be a crash —- and probably merit all sorts of government response including lowering interest rates.

I really enjoy the 49” ultrawide 1000R format Samsung has been pioneering. It’s the size/resolution of two 27” 1440p monitors next to each other, has a buttery smooth refresh rate, and a curve that makes viewing more comfortable and n

There’s been a steady decrease in my smartphone use from 2016 till today. In the past I used my phone 6+ hours a day. Yesterday I used it to check email once for 3 minutes, I opened safari three times for an average of less than 60 seconds

It’s potentially bad because the market isn’t as simple as “keep inflation at 2%”. We also want GDP growth and low unemployment. The tools we have to decrease inflation can hurt both of those metrics. This means our position is risky, and

GTA has a satirical take on American culture told through a rags to riches story of a criminal. It’s humorous, filled with exaggerated characters, action packed, and tells the familiar Scarface-like story.
